Adrie Lester co-founded the Wheatberry Cafe with her husband Ben. In their cafe they serve hand crafted breads, soup, salad and sandwich. The ingredients are fresh milled local grains, organic fresh picked salad greens, and naturally raised meats and cheeses from the Valley's best farmers! Very simply, their mantra for being authentic and thriving is the line from Khalil Gibran,"Work is love made visible."
They also started the first grains CSA in the Pioneer Valley and are actively promoting local agriculture and revival of the heritage seeds.
