Hagelin 3: Consciousness & Superstring Unified Field Theory, part 2

John Hagelin, Ph.D., is a world-renowned quantum physicist, educator, public policy expert, and leading proponent of peace. In video 1, he gives the best explanation I have heard for the hierarchical structure of natural law as revealed by modern science and which so clearly explains the structure of universe which allows us to experience superficial diversity while there exists universal unity.  He has a wonderful graph that decpicts the deeper levels of intelligence in nature from macroscopic to molecular to atomic to nuclear to sub-nuclear to electro weak to the unified scale to the grand unified scale and to the basis of all, which is the unified field of all laws of nature, called the super string.

In the next two videos, Consciousness & Superstring Unified Field Theory, parts 1 and 2, John extends his explantion of the super string theory. He creates a compelling case for introducing technologies, like meditation, to connect with the unified consciousness into our education system. He states that the direct subjective experience of the scientifically discovered unifed field of laws of nature through techniques like meditation can be a religous phenomenon but it is also scientific. And keeping such valuable techniques away from our education systems will continue to yield the same results, such as functioning at 5% of our potential and conflicts and wars. Even though it is scientifically supported and has been known since the Vedic period, this knowledge is easily lost because of its subtle nature. Consciousness has to settle down completely to reach the deeper levels of intelligence. And in a society with such a momentum and teachers who don’t support educational innovation, it is hard to transcend the superficial levels of truth to experience the deeper unified consciousness.
