There is always more good than bad in any situation.

There is so much goodness in this universe.

Yet, what we see on media is only what is negative and wrong in the world.

In any given moment there are infinite possibilities and the one we experience as our reality is the one we focus on.

When we are mindful we can choose our thoughts, words, and actions in alignment with our highest good.

We can choose to align with all the goodness in the universe to create a reality that is benevolent and beneficial to all
